Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will my order ship?

A: If you pre-order for fall, your items will ship as soon as we have our first frost. This means that the plants have gone dormant and are able to be shipped and planted. If you pre-order for spring, your items may ship as early as mid to late February or according to the USDA Planting Zone Map.


Q: I’m not sure if I can plant in the fall?

A: If you are unsure about planting where you live in the fall, due to cold temperatures (snow and ice) please refer to the USDA planting zone map.


Q: What is “bare root” ?

A: The term bare root refers to a plant that has been removed from the soil and prepared for shipment by removing dirt from its roots.


Q: How long will it take to process and ship my order during shipping season?

A: Please allow 7- 10 business days to process your order and 2-7 business days to ship via USPS.


Q: What method of payments are accepted?

A: We accept Paypal and Credit Card payments.


Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: Of course! Please give our customer service a call at 931-668-8784 and they would be glad to assist you in the ordering process.


Q: If I order out of season (pre-order), when will my card be charged?

A: All orders, including pre-orders, will be charged at the time the order is placed.


Q: Will I be notified when my order ships?

A: Yes! As long as you supply an email (required with online orders) to our customer service representative, you will be notified when your order is shipped.


Q: Will I get a tracking number with my order:

A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Q: How will my package be shipped?

A: Your package will ship via USPS. Packages typically take 2-7 days to arrive.  


Q: Can you ship to my location?

A: We can ship anywhere in the Continental United States.
